Guarantee
We make very effort to ensure our Stoves meet our customers expectations but because there may be exceptional cases where something does go wrong each stove comes with a year's warranty.
If a fault develops within the warranty period we will send out a replacement part free of charge as all parts of the stoves are replaceable and if appropriate the entire stove.
However if the cause of the damage was from misuse or poor treatment we cannot accept liability for the damage.
Outside of the warranty period we will still happily provide replacement parts for a small fee plus delivery.
